Donors may designate gifts for a specific purpose (restricted) or allow BU to allocate funds where most needed (unrestricted). Both are welcomed and acknowledged.

Every donor receives an official receipt from the BU Accounts Office. Donors making significant gifts are personally acknowledged by university leadership.
