The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bangladesh University, is pleased to
organize a webinar titled “AI in EEE: Shaping the Future of Smart Engineering.”
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering through
smart systems, intelligent automation, modern power systems, AI-based forecasting,
optimization, advanced control, and data-driven engineering solutions. This webinar aims to
provide students, faculty members, researchers, and professionals with valuable insights into the
emerging role of AI in EEE and its influence on future engineering practices.
The session will feature distinguished academic and research professionals who will share their
knowledge, experience, and perspectives on the application of Artificial Intelligence in modern
engineering.

Brief Profile of Dr. Muhammad Ahsan Zamee
Dr. Muhammad Ahsan Zamee is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Inha University, Republic of
Korea. His research interests include power systems, inverter-dominated grids, microgrids,
distributed energy resources, advanced controller design, fractional-order control, reduced-order
and DAE-based modelling, AI-based forecasting, optimization, and real-time simulation. He
previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Technology Sydney,
Australia. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Inha University
and has contributed to international research collaborations and high-impact journal publications.
He is also a recipient of the prestigious Sejong Fellowship, the HDR Excellence Team Award
Runner-Up at UTS, and the Korean Government Scholarship for Ph.D. studies.
