With an outstanding record of 10 research papers accepted in prestigious international IEEE conferences, this achievement has created a proud moment for the entire Bangladesh University family.

Among these accomplishments, 9 research papers were accepted and successfully presented at QPAIN 2026 (IEEE 2nd International Conference on Quantum Photonics, Artificial Intelligence & Networking) held on 16–18 April 2026 in Chattogram. In addition, 1 research paper titled “Explainable Machine Learning for Health Impact Assessment of Air Pollution Using Regression Models” was accepted at ICECTE 2026 (International Conference on Electrical, Computer & Telecommunication Engineering) organized by RUET.

• An Interpretable LightGBM-Based Machine Learning Framework for Robust Multiclass Hepatitis C Virus Prediction
• An Explainable Ensemble Learning Framework Optimized by MSSO for Kidney Disease Prediction
• A Novel Explainable Enhanced Opposition-Based Learning Optimized Logistic Regression Framework for Early Lung Cancer Prediction
• Explainable Machine Learning for Health Impact Assessment of Air Pollution Using Regression Models

This remarkable success reflects the growing research excellence of the Department of CSE and proves that Bangladesh University is steadily advancing on the global academic and technological stage.
