The Department of Pharmacy, Bangladesh University, proudly announces the successful completion of the Annual Pharma Game Fest 2026, held on 3rd and 4th May 2026 at the university campus.
This year’s fest achieved a historic milestone with the introduction of the intra-department women’s cricket competition—a first in the history of Bangladesh University—promoting inclusivity, empowerment, and sportsmanship among our female students.
The event also featured intra-department indoor games for both male and female students, along with football and cricket competitions for male students, creating a lively and competitive atmosphere throughout the campus.
The fest was officially inaugurated by the respected Head of the Department, Professor Abul Kalam Azad, in the presence of all the faculty members and the students of the Department of Pharmacy.
At the closing and prize-giving ceremony, the Department Head expressed his sincere gratitude to the organizers, students, faculty members, and the university authority for their unwavering support and dedication. He emphasized the importance of extracurricular activities in nurturing teamwork, leadership, and holistic development alongside academic pursuits.
He concluded with a strong commitment to continue and further enhance this initiative in the coming years.
