🎉🎉 We are pleased to welcome Dr. Md. Atickus Samad, Additional Registrar, High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, to our university as an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Department of Law.
Dr. Samad is a distinguished member of the Bangladesh Judicial Service with extensive experience in judicial administration and court management. He is currently serving as Additional Registrar (Additional District and Sessions Judge) at the High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Dr. Samad’s academic achievements include:
➤ PhD – Institute of Bangladesh Studies, University of Rajshahi (Australia Awards Scholarship).
➤ LL.M. & LL.B. (Hons.) – University of Rajshahi, First Class 2nd positions in both degrees
➤ Master’s in Victimology & Restorative Justice – University of Dhaka

Dr. Samad is a published legal author with multiple journal articles and books on civil justice reform, commercial law, ADR, and legal aid. His research, Civil Justice System in Bangladesh: Status, Impediments and Accelerating Strategies, was published as the book Model of Civil Justice.
He has also participated in numerous national and international programs on judicial administration, human rights, climate change, and legal reform.
